What It Measures
Candidates are faced with scenarios that measure proficiency in written communication — not merely grammar and vocabulary, but clarity, conciseness, and the ability to convey complex ideas. Empathy is evaluated through capacity to understand others' feelings. Situational awareness is tested through ability to perceive and respond to dynamic workplace circumstances. Critical thinking is gauged through objective analysis and logical reasoning.
